The goal of this warranty is to minimize any down time you might have due to the failure of products you purchase from us. The warranty: Covers any product you purchase from us. See the item description for warranty period.
• Applies to the original purchaser only.
• We will ship to you (currently with FedEx) the same way you ship to us. (Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day etc.)
• As with the manufacturer warranty this does not cover lightning strikes or power surges or physical damage to the board, unless damaged in shipping from us. We will ask you obtain a RMA. The RMA requires: 1. A description of the problem. 2. A FedEx or UPS tracking number of the item you are returning. 3. The item must be insured for your original purchase price.
We keep extra boards on hand to cover the hot swap program, however, we must say: “This is subject to us having a replacement board on hand.” If we do not have a replacement board on hand, we will attempt to purchase one at a price not greater your original purchase price and ship the board to you as soon as practical. If we are unable to ship you a replacement board of equal or greater functionality, we refund your the amount you paid for the item and our obligations under this warranty will we discharged. In no event will our obligations under this warranty exceed your purchase price for the item covered.
The manufacturer warranty for the covered product(s) who’s serial number(s) are listed on the purchase invoice are incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
